An office fit-out to a protected structure in Dundalk to house the combined offices of Grandson design studio and Irish clothing brand Ilk.

The brief was to create a flexible and adaptable space which allows the character of the structure to shine through.

This was achieved by removing non-original stud partitions and a grid ceiling, which exposed the beautiful archway to the center of the space.

We designed a bespoke crittall screen with double doors to fill the archway and divide the space in two while retaining the dual aspect.

Bespoke joinery was fitted to add seating, tables, and storage.
